1991 560SEC wheel question

I would like to upgrade the look on my 91 560SEC to either a Penta style wheel of an AMG style wheel. I have no issue staying with 15 inch wheels. Is there an easy way to determine what wheels will fit without using spacers? I believe the current size is 15 X 6.6 ET21? Current wheels are shown in the picture.

Thank you!

The key you may know is backset. This can be measured by putting a stick across the back and measuring the distance to the face of the wheel where it meets up to the hub. The newer wheels have deeper backset and without spacers will hit the suspension. I have no issues using spacers as long as you get a longer bolt to match them.

Thanks. I pulled my spare wheel and the specs shown are 6.5J X 15H@ ET 21.5. Is that correct for a 1991 560 SEC?

Looking at a set of Ronal R9 in a 7 X 15" with an offset of 23. Would that work on the stock 560 SEC?

Thanks
