Tire Size

Question for Luke from Tire Rack : I always thought there was a difference between a 195/70-14 and a P195/70-14 ? I ordered some Dunlops from Tire Rack for my Mercedes and had them sent to a installer. The online order screens said 195/70-14 but what came was P195/70-14. Are they the same in this case ?
