25mm W126 offset on a 190E 16v????
hi
I have a set of w126 wheels 7x15 with a offset of 25mm I know the stock 190e 16v wheels are 7x15 with offset of 44mm will a stock 16v tire 205/55/15 rub with a 25ET , or will i need a spacers or no problems, thanks dave |

25mm offset sticks out to far and will most likely cause rubbing and alter the handling 'in a bad way' which can not be remedied by spacers which will just move the wheel further out

thanks luke,
How about a 7.5x16 wheel with a 46mm offset from 91-later S class wheels? |

IMHO 8J x 16H2 ET34 are the best size for a 2.3-16
the stock rims sit quite far in and a 7.5" rim with an ET46 will stick out around 8 mm from the stock rim. not much of a difference

s-class wheels require different lug hardware ..... so they won't work correctly
