....rim size for my 1983 300SD?

I have replaced two of the original four which were chromed in the aftermarket, as the chrome was peeling badly. I reverted to the original grey painted style and now want to replace the other two (same problem). Unfortunately I have lost track of the size.

They are 14" rims (take a 195x70 tire)

Are these 6" or 6.5" (6.5J). My local wrecker has both sizes.

Help appreciated.
