400E brakes on 190E
Upgrading front brakes on my 190E 2.6 5-SPEED to 400E. Already got the calipers, now I need the rotors. What are the correct part numbers for 1991 model year ?

92+?
In Fall 91 the 400E was available as a 92 MY.
I would use Brembo Rotors in the front (If you don't need cross-drilled or slotted) $55 each. Best Rotors available.

That is confusing. The 400E was introduced as a '92 model, but MB changed the brakes in '93, slightly thicker rotors, I believe and matching calipers. So, is the 190E a '91? If so, it doesn't matter, since you need the right rotor for the year caliper.

I actually have 93 400E calipers, and I thought they were E420 ones, which are 94-95. Those are the slightly thicker ones. Yup confusing....
I do have 95 SL600 rears though
