yes, but the tire size for the 190 would be different

what do I have ?

I have a 1977 MB 300 D, that someone installed a wider front suspension under it to squeeze in a 1968 chevy V8 with a 700R o. d. trans it now has a rack & pinon steering, the wheels are 14 " with P215/70/14 96T toyos. 15 bundt holes with fins around the outside , and are chrome plated. Has anyone out there heard of such a convertion?
