Exclamation How To: Clean rims on 1989 420sel

i have tryed many methods, soap, scrubing them with a hard brush, CLR, and anything else i can think of really. I live in upstate NY so during the winter, road salt does a toll on the rims. I was jw if anyone had a method they use to really get the rims looking new again? Thanks a lot for ur comments!

Eagle One makes some great wheel cleaners (A To Z??), if you use a boars hair brush and scrub you should be able to remove most of the dirt/brake dust.

After a thorough cleaning you might also want to try claying the wheels to remove embedded brake dust.

Both products can be purchased from Pep Boys or most other Auto Parts Stores.
