Can I put 190e rims/tires on my 300TE?
I bought an '89 300TE with pretty sad rims. Original tire size for those rims is 195 65 15. I bought Fox Sport rims and Yokohama AVS db's for summer use. I now need some winter tires and I have the chance to buy some nicer rims than my OEM rims but they come from a '91 190e and the stock tire size for that rim is 185 65 15. Can I use those rims on my car? If yes, can I run 185 65 15's on my car? Can I run 195 65 15's on the 190e rims when installed on my car? Thanks.

Don't think so...
Hmm...maybe not. I bought some steel Mercedes rims from a 1991 190E for my 300E for winter tires. They do not fit over the brakes. It's funny - when I first bought them they barely fit and I used them for a season. Then I bought and installed new rotors and pads on all 4 wheels this summer. The 190E rims no longer fit over the brakes with the increased width from the new parts.
Anyone want to buy a nice set of steel 190E rims?
