We'll I guess it's time to let her go...

The good:
She has lived all her life in CA and NV. No rust that I know of.
Decent interior for the age.
Runs well, but the battery has run out of charge from sitting (will charger her up prior to sale).
Drives well

The bad:
She needs a front drivers side brake caliper (I think it's the caliper, it has a leak)
She's got the oil leak under the dash (I think it's the oil pressure gauge line)
Has a dent on the top of the hood (Not to bad and it was popped out but is still noticeable if you look)
She has one small tear on the drivers side seat... still not bad for a '76
It's time for an oil change and valve adjustment (it's been two oil changes since the last adjustment I believe)

Both the brakes and the oil leak happened at the same time and since I live in a condo and don't have the facilities to work on her myself, I decided to buy a new car.

She will be sold as is but, I would be willing to get the brakes fixed so you could drive a longer distance if you pay for the rapair up front. The same goes for the oil change and valve adjustment if you choose. At the low price of $1,100 I can't justify doing the work prior to sale at my cost.

I can email you pics if you are a serous buyer... please don't ask for them if you aren't serous about buying, its a pain to send them out to so many people.
