no such thing as a 4-speed manual/stick on a 500SEC or any V8's of that era. Unless its some super rare AMG-tuned manual transmission, but those were 5 speed. From the sounds of the car.. the car looks to be over priced by double.

no such thing as a 4-speed manual/stick on a 500SEC or any V8's of that era = Wrong!
read EURO, its a grey market car. 4 speeds are common in Europe, just look at ebay.de sometime

Find me a 4-speed manual/stick v8 m117 engine from any market(US, Japan or Euro) with a picture to prove I am wrong. I will be looking at ebay.de for a 4 speed manual V8....

waiting for a pic.

the last s-class v8 with a manual trans option was the w116 350se. it is possible to mate that trans with the 500, but not from the factory.
