Customer has his 1981 non turbo 5 cylinder diesel,automatic, 300D for sale.
Last year I installed a 1985 engine as a friend threw a rod out the block...no oil ! New t/c and tune up at same time.
Engine was perported to come from an low milage vehicle.

He has a new company truck which he uses privately, so car is not used now.
I have not seen the car since last year so can not comment on condition.
Suggest you call owner and do your own interogating.
I am told that it needs front shocks and brake pads.

Suggested price around $1800.00 or so.... You haggle.

I have no interest in vehicle as I have too much to do now.
Don't expect a perfect vehicle, it was about a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10, best I can remember when I last saw it.
