Not very happy with the Mercedes 560SEC....

Hi guys,
I am not very happy with the 560SEC Model.

It's not that comfortable, doesn't have the steering wheel where I like it.., doesn't have a glove box.,
doesn't have a large enough center console..
It just doesn't stand up to my GMC Yukon in any way, and I thought that it would.

The Yukon is a much more comfortable ride and has much more options than mercedes offers.

Anyway,, I just bought this.., with shipping I have $6,000.00 into it.

So, the first $6,000.00 gets it.

It's a nice car..
It is a 1990 560SEC.
I have all the original service records from the original owner.
It has 187,000 miles on it.
I had the heads done about 50k miles ago.

you can contact me at:
kevinrea@adelphia.net

by the way.. when I sell a car.., I usually sell it for much less than it is worth..
The reason I do this is because I don't want any hassles or diddling around..
You either want it or you don't.

I am located in Palmdale, California.

kevin

Nice looking 560.
how long have you owned it? Where was the car previously? Ought to sell quick at this price.

The Yukon is a nice vehicle. I own one, the XL version.

Right now I am driving it on a roundtrip from L.A. to Santa Fe NM and back. It is a great highway cruiser that inspires a lot of confidence. On Thursday afternoon I got caught in a wicked thunderstorm just east of Ludlow. I would not have wanted to be in any other vehicle driving through that storm.

But comparing a newer Yukon to an SEC that is now 16 years old is not fair. It is like comparing apples and pumpkins.

Your SEC is a very nice vehicle on its own rights and should sell very quickly at that price.

Good luck

Ok somebody check my math...he bought it around June 25. It's now Sept. 18. So that's around 86 days.
The car was trucked to Cali from Indianna. And he did the heads 50K miles ago.
Somebody 'splain to me what's wrong with this picture??
50K in 86 days?? Am I missing somethin'?

Pics didn't come through either. Wassup widthat?
Just kiddin' with ya Kev. I'm sure it's a tyypo...hehehehe
Still would like to see the car cdplayer51@pacbell.net

Probably better off asking someone to check your calendar than your math.
