I'm comtemplating selling my 83 300CD as i may be getting a good deal on an 85 300D. I bought the car in June of 2005. I love the car and the body style but i am getting married and i am moving into a new place so i do not have the time to keep this car as a project even though i would LOVE to

Specs:
1983 300CD Silver body
364K miles on body (may not be accurate)
approx 175K miles on 2nd engine (put in by prior owner)
motor runs well - does not consume much oil
clean interior
body is straight with minor rust spots as shown in picture
no rust in sunroof - operates perfectly
no rust in trunk
just changed oil last week
fuel filters 2 weeks ago
CD player
newer radiator (within 2 years old)
newer vacuum pump
newer brake booster
pass rear window does not go up - the metal arm that raises/lowers slid off it's pin at an 'elbow' - i had a nut holding it on but must have fallen off - easy to get to


What it needs:
-Transmission shifts hard, i believe it is the modulator, but i'm used to it
-Rear calipers hang up sometimes (i have changed the drivers side and have a pass side replacement that needs to be installed)
-Have extra front calipers from part out car just incase
-needs front rotors - slight wobble when brakes applied.
-needs glow plugs changed - i have 5 new bosch - haven't installed them yet
-don't know time of last valve adjustment
-air vents are finicky - work sometimes so must be a vacuum leak somewhere


I picked up for not much so not looking for much in return. Asking $1400 or best offer. Make an offer if interested!
