DAMNIT! Now I feel horrible...
I have a buyer coming up here right now and I was so thankful for that... Because I seriously needed the money!

But in the process of cleaning 'er up I decided to have another peek underneath the car to make sure all was fine. It turns out the pop sound I heard and assumed was a seat spring giving out was not a seat spring... the left rear seat mount punched through the floor of the car.

so the car is now officially a parts car. she's got a good engine and trans, nice interior etc, lots of good parts, of course it runs and drives very well too if you want to patch that spot... The car would make a great winter beater too since it's got a valid inspection sticker till spring.

An advanced apology to Scull, I'm sorry you drove all the way up here I wish I had found out sooner and saved you the trouble.
