The engine will be heading south today with a forum member. The balance of the car will go to the scales for scrap unless someone steps forward soon. I will sell it as a complete rolling chassis less motor and transmission, or will let someone take parts out of it. I am not interested in pulling fragile trim parts off myself though.

Any reasonable offer will be considered.

I was under it last night and the floor pan is amazingly pristine.

if you've got the space you should save those coupe specific parts from the scraper.. doors, window glass, front and rear glass. I don't need them personally at this time but i know hoe hard they can be to find. a rear coupe glass could prolly be worth as much as he whole scrap value.

Unhappy Sad News

That no one wanted this car as the W123 Coupes are very nice daily drivers as well as rally cars , I run mine very hard indeed and would have loved to have a stick shift one but for my bum left leg .

Your original price sounded O.K. to me for a turn key car too .

I'm very curious as to how much dollar value it'll bring as scrap , please post what they pay you for it in the end .

I haven't junked it yet. I will remove parts from it now. Lots of coupe specific parts including the outside mirrors.. doors, door and side back panels, seats, etc.

Hi Keith, sorry I could not find your email. I found the diagnostic port I promised you yesterday and can ship to you as soon as I get your address.
