I just saw this in our local Craigslist. Looks nice in and out. He's a little high but so are all diesels right now.

If it really only has 140K miles and is as nice as it looks the price is reasonable...what else can you drive for that money that is as nice as that car?

If there was one as nice as that around here I would go look at it, but most here are ready for the scrap yard.

I have a wonderful 1992 300d with 260K. I love the handling, mileage, size, ect, ect, ect. If I needed a diesel I would consider this one. It appears to have had a good home. Ernie

Not so cheap, but then again, like you say, it might be worth checking out.

Prices on these are strong, and not too many nice ones around. I would definately think about it if I wanted one and it was nearby.

It should have all books and records though. You definately don't want to get a neglected one....

The price is fine if the vehicle was well maintained. The fact that the wheels are changed to the 15 hole tends to indicate that an enthusiast of some sort has owned it. The interior is excellent.
