"working" is a loosely used term

So who cares who works for who, I "work" for a bunch of rads because I only want to "work" three days a week, plus I am doing it so that I have their ear, and it allows me access to their board, and then when I show up with an minority equity buyout, I get a little 10% acquisition fee, then again 10% of 50 million isnt too bad, and who really cares because, bottom line is I make a tenth of what they make, and they are ten times less happy then me-so go figure, money buys you nothing but headaches, and nope I do not have 12k in the bank, I keep all my gold hidden in my mattress, bank is just another name for thief, gold is god in the real world, had a Morman banker tell me that one-he went to BYU too, go figure. I wouldnt spend more than 5k on a car anyhow, you can get everything you need from a nice old 5k 123, so you are just throwing money away, my manhood is not tied to my vehicle, of course that is why I only work three days a week, because, I have everything I need. Plus being independently wealthy helps, I used to be a business man , then I lost the stomach/had too much money, for doing business anymore, it is all a zero net sum game. Sorry about the rant, you guys started it, so I am just letting you know the pointlessness of it all, and no I am not a nihilist, thanks for asking.

Love to all, The Kid

forgot to mention

Medical school is a notoriously bad investment, so reason number two why I would not become a doc.

You started it; I just made a post about a car. No ill-will, though. We all have our opinions and points-of-view.

I promise to help you with your run on sentences if you do!

Even more love than before!

I believe each of these cars are the final production year for that model.

Nice sale, hopefully the new owner will come through with payment and take good care of the car.

New owner is a collector in New England who currently has 12 cars including a 560SL and two Pagodas. It's going to a good home, thank God.

Great to hear, that would have stunk had a greaser got ahold of it and messed it up. I know they can do it right but that car is too nice for that.

Kinky thread in the "for sale" area. Thanx all for the enlightenment -- seriously. Glad the subject vehicle will be treated properly.

Umm....

He is not "judging" you to be a cynic...

You SAID you were a cynic, in your first post on this thread! Perhaps you should re-read your own posts there, "Kid", before you put your foot in your mouth again....

And for the record... YOU started it. This guy was just trying to sell a car, and you jumped in with the sarcasm and shallow, juvenile jabs at the possible implications of his screen name.

I'm glad to hear it's going to a nice home.

Man, I bet that one was hard to let go of... It fetched quite a nice price though, eh?.... congrats on that!
