Is this a model year that you can covert to run on used veggy oil?

Is there specific maintanence that should have been done for the car,
with $130K miles on it? The ad claims they get 35mpg. Is that an accurate
statement?

This forum, that's pretty new to me, is great. Everyone sounds so
