New Michelin Pilot tires, AC serviced last month. Some extra filters included. Major service by D & E Quality Service in Raleigh. I have peridic oil test results. since I purchased it at 106k.

Chris, how long have you had the car? What color is it? It looks like it could be anthracite gray, but can't tell for sure. Do you have service records from the previous owner? Do the oil test results mean you are using synthetic oil?
Do you have anymore pictures of it posted somewhere? I saw one of these last weekend and have been thinking about it ever since.

My first choice
My first choice is a 1990 or 1991 560SEC. I'm looking for a good one that isn't too far away. However, I would like to have a large sedan and have been thinking about diesels a lot lately (like everyone else, apparently).

I have had the car for 9 years. It is gold or smoke.
There were some receipts in the car when I purchased it. I wouldn't think they are complete. My personal and shop records are. i had the oil tested to check for engine wear as all the 3.5 deisel boo birds promised. All that was found was high soot levels which several quick changes of Rotella brought under control. I can email you more photos if you tell me what you want to see.

has it been overheated?? As well, is there any rust or sun damage?? Anything not working?? what sorts of repairs have been done to this car??

It has never overheated while I have had it. It has been out in the sun.
The only thing I know of that doesn't work is the antenna. I have replaced the radio, speakers, radiator, glow plugs, idler pulleys, all filterrs and all fluids.
