Hey all. I got a couple 84 and 85 300Ds from the indy. I saved em from being parted out. I am fixing up one and selling one as i am keeping my NA greaser . The one for sale is Gold, original color but probably repainted. Looks nice, needs some/a lot of mechanical work. If you have a good car that is just rusting out on you and need a good rust free body to transfer into , this car is for you. Also i will try to ask mechanic what exactly was wrong with it. It is possible the powertrain in it is something you can work with. They took a window regulator, radiator, and ac compressor befor i got to it. They owe me the radiator and i have a window regulator.

The dash is quite crack free. PO kept visor in window. Also, windows are tinted. Good looking car. I'm asking 500.00 obo for it. It is around Nashville, TN. I may need the transmission but am not attached to it necessarily if you need it. Tires have lots of tread but dry rotted.

I might be interested in this as a parts car. I am looking to buy a clean 300D to use a daily driver for my wife, if you can help me there, that would also be cool. Still got to convince her of the value of having a parts car around. Are the interior electrical components and other interrior components working/ in good shape? Not exactly sure how I would transport it... I live in Durham, NC.

Haven't heard back from BioPete, but I sent him the deposit he requested this PM about 4:15. Looks like the best way for me to solve my rust worm problem. On the underbody of my 85 I see cracks in that body coat and I know it isn't going to get any better. Early this summer all of a sudden my accelerator pedal fell over. It was from one of those underbody cracks, and the pedal base on a piece about as big as a fruit jar just broke loose. So from what I see. his is a pretty rust free, though repainted body. So that means that I have a great pair of front fenders in that very dark blue metallic clear coat available. I have them stored up in my garage, ready to go along with a trunk lid of the same color and a perfect, (1983) front bumper. Let me know if you need body parts.
