Wanted: Nice 300E or E320 (W124)

I'm looking for a nice W124 sedan. I'd prefer it to have under 120K and be well maintained. I'm located in Minnesota but will travel for the right car.

Let me know what you have.....

Thanks,
Aaron

car

I have a 90' 300E 4 matic. Im in Wisconsin. 113,000 miles no drips, does not burn oil. 4 matic works perfect. 4 Voxx 16" rims with brand new Yokahama trzs. Champagne color with parchment leather interior. Heated seats. Everything works. nice car. there is a small spot on the pass door that I tried to repair, to no avail. I was going to have the door repainted in the spring, otherwise the paint looks brand new. Original paint. ( you know how well the paint is if you know anything about these cars. I can send pics if interested. What are looking to spend?

Aaron, how much are you willing to spend? I've got a close friend with a 1993 (blk/pal) that's dead new. I think it's got 50k miles on it, original owner.

You have a very very nice shop?

How did you come to own and specialize in 911's?

I think your decision to look for a good E320 / 300E is a great one. W124 chassis cars with the 3.0 liter M103 or 3.2 liter M104 engine are great cars, surely among the best that MB ever produced.

Thanks Paul,

I just like 911s a lot....

I decided I wanted to be a 911 specialist and apprenticed at a few shops before opening my own. Minnesota probably wasn't the best choice for starting a Porsche shop but we're gaining a national following....slowly.

I'm excited about getting a nice W124.....but I'm kind of picky and I'm not finding what I want around here. It's hard to buy a car long distance......they all look shiny in the pictures.....

Aaron.

Yeah, they all look good in the pictures.

If you find a car in Southern California, I'll be happy to look at it for you, and take it to a well-regarded MB independent for an inspection if you'd like. There's a lot of good cars out here, and rust is never an issue.

Flat Six I have a 1992 300E 3.0L m104 euro car with amg pkging. It has 56K miles on it and has a sportline interior. It has a AMG bdy kit, AMG wheels, AMG exhaust, AMG suspension. The car drives real nice and hugs the roads real well. I'm not sure what your price range is but this is somewhat of a rare car. when new the car cost 64,000 Euro's which was extreme lot of money. Let me know if you are interested?

Good for you FlatSix.

Never seen wheels quite like those except on prototypes and factory car show stuff -- Are they aftermarket? Quite different.

They're just the stock steel wheel with a hub cap.......I got them out of Germany as they didn't come on US cars........pretty much the "strippo" Euro look......
