Hi everyone, I am looking for a w124 preferable from 1990 or newer in good condition (I may also consider a w201). I am looking for black on black or white on tan. Your best bet is www.autotrader.com. Practically, speaking there is a geographic limit beyond which many buyers refuse to go simply because of cost and inability to actually check the car. When you then limit yourself color choice wise, you are in for a long search.

In my opinion, better to look for the best car and perhaps flex on the color.

The benz club of russia vin decoder is saying its a 320E but the car says 300 e. The listing says it has a auto leveling rear suspension but the vin decoder is not saying anything about that at all. i don't know how i feel about having air ride in the rear. how hard is it to remove that? I think 8200 is a bit much. i ran it as a 1994 because of the 3.2 engine on kbb in excellent condition and private party was 5175, retail was 6880.

any input on how to approach this one would be greatly apreciated.
