Well??

I have a friend in Cleveland & will ask him to check it out tomorrow.

Unless this has a trashed interior, someone needs to look it over.

Finally got a call back... it seems they now want to ebay the car (???). I told them to let me know if they'd like to sell outright, and that I'd be interested. No reply (as yet). I think they're dangling the carrot on that website and hoping for bigger $ on ebay. I sure as hell can't figure out what they want to do with the car after talking to the guy. He didn't seem too enthused about selling it -- when I asked about the body, he said there were"dings" and "faded paint," and that it was "fair." I asked about rust, and he said yeah, what you'd expect for a "fair" condition (whatever that means). I pressed and asked if that meant no rust-through, and he said "it's not rotted out." Again, whatever that means.

If you have a buddy who'd be willing to check it out, I'd be willing to cover his costs for doing so if I can get these guys to commit to honoring the price in their ad.

There's Euro turbo wagons, no turbo sedans.

Be careful, a lot of cars I've seen from Cleveland have TONS of underbody rust!!!!:sick2:

who says that car is a turbo? My view only said 300D. Folks remember- that a "euro" car to statesiders usually means anything not USA- and that is a huge description.

You're looking at a revised description...

FWIW, I just received pics of this car. It's very rusty and has rear-end damage, but it's def. a Euro. I'm waiting to see if the price is firm. BTW, non-turbo.
