Help with suspension on car im looking at.

1986 SDL Guy says its rusted thur the wing any idea on cost to fix or should I walk away. He is asking $2950 it ha 165000 miles no records.

Wing = Fender, methinks (at least it does in England)...

body rust like that and the car has a four-digit price. Find something better. -CTH

Update

The shock has rusted through on the rear passenger side where it
connects to
the wishbone part of the suspension. This piece of the wishbone needs
to be
replaced.
