I know to many the listed asking price is laughable, BUT I also know in the So Cal market if I price it too cheap (as I have learned in the past) that there is the instant suspicion that something is wrong with it.

The goal in listing it here is that someone will see and appreciate and nice clean one owner car, and will make a reasonable offer with what the car is really worth. I do not want to see the car go to some buyer or somewhere it will not be appreciated.
