WTT 1974 Jensen Interceptor for diesel MB
Well, if you've gotten this far, at least I have your attention. Its a long shot, but is anyone interested in a rather cool Jensen Interceptor in trade for an 80s to early 90s diesel? The Jensen and I are in Maryland.
Interceptors were very expensive british GT cars built with American drivetrains. In this case, a Chrysler 440 and Torque flite automatic. American muscle car power and British cool. Alas, no German engineering. My car is currently listed for sale on cars.com (you have to do the pre-1982 search, its the only Interceptor listed.) Anyway, my priorities have changed and I have been lurking on this site looking for a diesel Mercedes. I figured why not see if anyone is up for something new. I have my car listed at $3600, but that is pretty negotiable, particularly for a trade. I also have a trailer I could use for nearby transport, or would be happy to throw into the deal. As I say its a long shot, but why not ask? Anyway, if you are not too far and have a turbo diesel you are looking to trade check out my car, or if you just have one you want to sell, let me know. Thanks, and thanks for all the helpful information I have already gotten from this site. George mrpink703 at yahoo dot com |

Wow. I always wanted an Interceptor -- was REAL close to buying one about 8 years ago. Wish I was ready to part with my 300D; I'd be all over that car! Good luck with the sale/trade.

Thanks Hogweed
Thanks for posting the link, wasn't sure how to do that.
And I agree, they are way cool cars. You don't need that 300D anyway, cscmc1, not when you have a stratotanker to tool around in. George |

Well, the Interceptor is sold, but I am still interested in turbo diesels near Maryland. Thanks.
