95 Mb E300d, 149k, $7000.00

This car is silver, leather, power windows, doors, seats, sunroof, cruise, telescopic, AM-FM-Cassette-6 CD player-Weather Band radio, and much more. Car has 149,900 miles. Diesel, 6 cylinder, non-turbo engine gets 34 mpg highway. I have another Mercedes diesel I am keeping so I am selling this one. Will put on Ebay in a few days and withdraw this ad. Price is firm and in CASH. Will only sell to serious buyers. Will not sell to Nigeria, or any other scam! This is a chance to get it cheaper before it goes on Ebay. These cars bring $8500 on Ebay but there are fees and hassles with Ebay, too. Ait blows cold and this car runs and drives very tight and true. Upholstery is great, paint is good with some crazing of the clear coat in spots. pics available to SERIOUS buyers. Located in Louisville, KY

nobody wants a clean 95 diesel?

I thought gas was over $3.00 a gallon. I'm putting new brakes all around on this car and then its going to Ebay. I love these darned cars.

Can't believe you have not sold that car yet.

Price is fair and condition looks good.

Someone buy this car so that I do not tempt myself.

I changed my mind--not for sale

I drove it around today and am getting used to it. Its a little more "plush" feeling and driving than my '92 300TD. I think I'll keep it and get rid of the best car I ever owned--my 1992 2.5 TD. The tinted glass is a LOT cooler than non-tint. It gets a little better mileage and has less miles.

I am real surprised I didn't get much action on this car, however.

Thanks, Ernie in Louisville

95 300d

I would have bought it from you, had you answered the few questions I sent you thru PM. My pal bought one in Akron, OH, last month with 20k less mileage and heated & Orthopedic seats along with years of detailed mtc records for slightly less than you are asking. If you change your mind again, keep me in mind.

Ohiomike: I didn't receive a message from you. I did answer two other messages about the car, but that was it. Ernie

Ernie, I am glad you found those private messages now. I just sent you another one regarding the a/c evaporator. Enjoy the car until that goes.

By looking at the pictures, this looks like a real 1995 special edition model.

Some people call all 1995 W124 cars "special edition" models, but most aren't.

The dead give away on your car is the burl walnut wood and the 6 hole alloys.

Very nice.
