My '85 300D CA $1800

I am going to be selling this car soon and taking over my dad's 00 Accord since he got a Lexus (nice car!). It's got 218K. The odometer just died a couple days ago, will not turn. First the trip odo died then the main odo died... nice timing huh. I know it sounds shady but thats really how it happened. Anyways, I'll try to be as forthwright as possible.

White with palomino interior. Things I've replaced (done the work myself): tie rods, upper control arms, 4 new bilstein shocks, euro lights, brake master cylinder + brake fluid flush, brake pads, all 4 brake calipers (reman.), brake hoses, sway bar bushings, trans fluid and filter 5K ago, alda adjusted, boost gauge installed, boost controller to get the boost back in spec, thermostat, coolant cap + flushed radiator(green coolant ), custom sheepskins (vinyl seats still in good condition). Black dash is in good shape, a few small cracks but they don't seem to be growing. After I did an alignment and upper control arms/tie rods the tires wear evenly. Has michelins with 50K miles on them, probably needs new ones soon.

Suspension is in good shape with no clunks or clanks. Minimal play in the steering, maybe 1 inch. Brakes are completely rebuilt and work well. Only thing I didn't touch was the brake rotors. No pulsing sensation in the steering so I assume they're good. Brakes squeal sometimes though.

What it needs: has a leak in the climate control system I think. Sometimes to get it to shut down right, you have to let the defroster go for a little while. Transmission also shifts softer with defrost on. Then you'll hear a flap open and the locks come back up, so yeah it has some climate control issues. AC does not work, I think it leaks + if it did have refrigerant I have no idea if it would work.

Tranny works great, shifts hard sometimes. Biggest problem with this car is troubleshooting the vacuum system, I just never bothered. Paint is in good condition but there are some dents on the rear quarter panels. Someone tried to pull them out leaving nasty holes in the body and there's some rust where there is no paint. No rust on the underside though and floor pans are clean. No water leaks in the rain season. Will need new wipers.

I'll have pictures soon, when there's daylight. Just seeing if anyone's interested really! Am located in Santa Rosa.
