If it's "sold" then how could the guy sell it twice? There are dumbies on both sides of the market. Some people actually believe the prices and buy one for sky high values- doesn't mean YOU can sell yours for that price. A quick look at CR or AT will give you much more realistic values.

87 engine

I always thought the 94s and 95s were the best of the best but that's just me. My dad had an 87 300D sedan that he bought new and went through about 3 turbos and/or trap oxidizers during his ownership. If someone told him back then that that motor would one day become an object of affection he would have gotten a good laugh...

The '87 station wagon.......not sedans.

Are the engines not the same? I thought both had the turbo chargers and trap oxidizers...
