Request for Moderators consideration.

Ok. So I'm making an official request to the moderators to consider making this "thread of the year" a sticky as an excellent, and funny lesson to all concerned, especially noobs, on how not to sell cars on the internet.

I miss it too.

Out of respect for the moderators decision I won't go into it, but I will say that the thread wasn't over yet.

Honesty is still the best policy.

BS is still just BS. I always figure any lie is not harmless. If a fellow will lie about one thing how can you believe anything he says?

So, I just try to limit myself to doing business with folks who are totally, and painfully honest.

It's been cross-posted from a lot of other sites...Benzworld, etc.

wow, what a thread. Kudos to everyone who put some effort into uncovering the truth, I once got burned by a curbstoner and I am forever highly suspicious of anyone who is selling a car (period).

This fellow would have made a decent politician except he got caught!
I recently revisited Frontline's "Once Upon a Time In Arkansas". It sends shivers up my spine when I see HRC everyday on television and I recall her involvement in the Whitewater coverup. We will never really know what happened. Damn politicians!
Oh, sorry to stray OT but it just reminds me of how clever this young man is, er was! But there are those who were more diligent in keeping the Shopforum clean of this chaff

Decent? Clever? Both are positive words. James is a worm not worthy of any praise what so ever. His future if continued down this path is prison if you ask me, and rightly so. I don't know if it's the "new generations" morals or what that praise stuff like this, but he's a low life worm and a lying sack of sh%^ IMHO. I cross-referenced the thread to BZWorld. While I did not do the sleuthing, I wanted him and others to understand the moral tone of Shop Forum (even before the lies were fully exposed)- which is now in concrete form for others to see.

It is a shame IMO that it didn't get moved to general discussion and left open, very entertaining.

Taking it to a higher level. Just car parts. FAR FAR WORSE. Internet legend born.

"Charlie Wenzel" - this guy should have read about him first.

This is the grand daddy of them all. A hilarious classic. It shows how a scamster not only got caught out and owned, but GOT HE WHOLE LIFE RUINED by the people who caught him..

Found out EVERYTHING about his personal life, and then proceeded to destroy it, totally, even, sell t shirts about it. Even in WIKIPEDIA now

Pirate 4x4 crowd a REAL bunch of rough guys.

FUNNY as heck, rolling on the floor funny and scary. The best warning there is for these people.

A scream, see post #379

The "I am pissed" thread this comes from, is pretty damn funny too.

OK, so I finally read this thread about James / Brad and his many other personalities.

OH MY GOD that was funny.
I just spent most of the last hour reading the 8 pages! I was LMAO, I just about pissed myself.
Good detective work guys. Thanks for the entertainment. And I hope my boss doesn't find out how much time I spent enjoying this thread!
