I had the same sense of sarcasm a little wile ago. But I did spent some money on my E300D and now I can see the results. Car drives like a dream, and thinking that my children are approaching driving age, it will be their 16th birthday gift. It is slow and reliable enough for a teenager.

I`d think with your B.B.C. degree you would be wondering about the quality of the people who feel they need to degade me and should move on from reading auto repair manuals and getting stuck on the big words, take off your smoking jacket.

Thumbs down Selling on this site.

Most of the so called buyers on this site are in the $600 range, so posting a car over that price can be a long drawn out process. Then their is the M.B. lonely guy who sits in his cold water flat waiting for his M.B. Monthly to arrive so he can read it from cover to cover until the next one arrives and cruising the mag for anyone to diss one of the models , by the way if you really check you can find and ongoing problem with just about any one ever made! Such as a head gasket leak from 86-95 and a climate control system unchanged from from 1980 or sooner untill 1995, yes I enjoyed my cars for the ride and handling and was aware of some of the problems and then when I mentioned them Iwas attacked by a swarm or bee`s, I especially got a kick out or Kraft, is that the family that makes the wonderful cheese which you can pack your berrings with and about my finishing school you asked about, I met the scholars on the way home! I finished high school and left to go to work as you went sailing. By the way I sold the moneypit but I payed $13k for her so it didn`t hurt too badly. I think I`ll hang out on Craigs list from now on , a better class of people, cheers

Geography ?

Y'all help me out here...
50 miles East of New York City...
would be around Islip,Long Island (New York State)?
Connecticut appears to be "North By North East" of NYC.

[I'm such a Hick,I have trouble with anything North of Yorktown,VA.]

I understand where he is coming from. I've not given up on mine, but I don't like the comparative quality between the W210 and the W123. Yes, it's apples/oranges, but dollars are dollars and this is getting pricey.

The Ct. Turnpike runs geographiclly east and west you`ll notice the entrance signs say southbound NYC or nortbound New Haven same thing on the Merritt Pkwy
