I owned this car a little over a year and did some repairs as well as regular maintenance. Things done:
Oil change (Libro Molly synthetic oil) less than 1500 miles ago.
Transmission fluid change less than 5000 miles ago.
Fuel Filter, Cabin charcoal Filter, and Air Filter.
Tie Rod, Fan clutch, Fuel shut off valve, all plastic clear fuel lines.
Brakes and Front brake disks. Thermostat and radiator hoses.
I also have the right headlight and the rear stop light. The car is drivable and registered until November 08 and you can drive it anywhere in the country.

I think he's implying that the accident was never reported so an uncrupulous buyer could repair it and sell it with a clean carfax record, not with any record of damage or salvage title like it might ordinarily have. So some sucker down the line will be duped into buying a salvage car and not knowing it (until it becomes evident to him when he starts to see the results of the repairs).

That car is pretty darn near totalled for sure. I don't know what the market is like in SOCAL but around here I can buy a N/A W210 diesel with that kind of mileage for about $1500 more than he's asking for that one.

Maybe "due to rains" means that it was swept away in a flood or a mud slide . . .

OK to all curious people the car save my life. Hydroplaned on the freeway spun around and hit the center divider. Lucky no other car was hit. Drove off on its own. I am selling the car so some people use their best jujment to whether they will fix and drive it or to use for parts. Also as I said there is no record of anything. This can be positive or negative it depends on your point of view.
