I'll give you $5000 if you add some worthwhile info to your "for sale" ad.

Don't ask buyers to email you to get pictures, you're just making it harder to sell the car. Post some here, post al ink to see more, etc.

Add some meaningful info to the ad, like:

1. Mileage on car
2. Location of car
3. Color combo of car
4. Service history of car, including detail on what was just done, not just on how much money was spent
5. Condition of car's cosmetics inside and out
6. You are asking an extra $500 for "the wheels that are on it" but don't even say what those wheels are
7. Etc etc

I am seriously interested, and the price sounds low, but the ad is so devoid of useful information it just makes me think the car is a beater and you do not want to say that, or you don't really know anytyhing about the car, or both.

Look at your ad as if you were a potential buyer for a 500E....would YOU buy your car from this ad?

Bruce

^^^^^^^^^^ What he said. I am always looking for a decent 500E. But that ad won't do anything.

Miles, service history, post a lot of pix - exterior, interior, engine bay, or at least post them on pic hosting site like putfile.

List the "good" and list the "bad"
Bad is anything not working, not working as it should, or is about to break. Describe any unusual noises.Does anything leak? Even a little bit? Has it been painted ever? Accident history? How does it stear, brake, accelerate, shift gears, etc. List all accesories and their working state. Not only do they work, but do they work correctly.
