Ahh, that looks like the bumper for the staggered AMG exhaust setup, much like the Brabus style exhaust. The tips come out at a slant, and look good....

It wasn't an easy one, but it's done now. Maybe no one will want it and I'll be "stuck" with it. As for Cali emissions, I have no idea. Generally speaking, I would think it could pass because the exhaust still has the cat and it is a clean burning engine, but it's one of those things that you never know till you put it on the machine.

I understand that, but AMG in Chicago never cared much for emissions concerns. If you could smell my 500SL, you'd understand. Of course, that one is a Euro and this one is a full US version. I'll look when I get home.

And I looked - the sticker on the radiator support says it conforms to all 1987 emissions in all 50 states and specifically mentions California compliance.
