WANTED 1979 to 1981 300TD BODY

I have a 1980 300 TD with cancer and really want to swap her spirt out into a new body. Can anyone help me? This is my first benz and owned her since 1997. I put alot of OEM parts to try and revive her but the cancer came back. I would like to find a good chassis at a good price.
