I bought this last week but the wife said no more projects so I am just going to sell it.

The Good:
clean title
strong running when warm
shifts smooth
no visible rust ( it has been repainted though)
A/C works
Dash vents all work as they should
Drive straight
Decent interior

The Bad:
passenger locks and trunck do not work with key
headliner ripped
driver rear window slow
pass rear window not working
drivers door has a big ding, door and window still works fine
sunroof needs help to open and close, i think a cleaning with grease would fix it
cold starts
rough idle when cold
no radio
drivers seat bottom has tears all other seats good
no records

The Other:
264K miles
clean car fax
49 state car
