ULTRA RARE 1975 Mercedes Benz 350SE V8 4 Spd Stickshift NOW. - $4975 (san carlos)



I have for sale one extremely rare 1975 Mercedes Benz 350SE sedan. This Euro model features the 3.5 liter V8 engine mated to a 4 speed manual transmission. This is the only stickshift version I have ever seen here in the states! It has been driven only 117,800 miles since new [the six digit odometer still works!]. I just drove it 400 miles without an issue! NOTE: It drives beautifully at 80+ miles per hour with no shakes, shimmies or rattles! Owned by an 83 year-old gentleman for 17 years. [no longer driving due to health issues] It has a VERY nice original cloth and vinyl interior with almost perfect dash, carpets and headliner [no sunroof], all guages working and even the original Becker stereo still works great and actually sounds decent too!
The body is nice but not show-quality with a close-to-original color repaint some years back, it has chromed original Benz wheels with good tires. Smog-exempt, clear/clean California title in hand with current 2009 registration.
This unique cruiser is being offered here for about the price of the sales tax on a newer Benz! Priced at $5,975. [BMW or Porsche trades considered]
