The asking price of $2,500 is extreme. $156 is way closer to reality than $2,500. The $2,500 figure is so far off it's not funny, I'm waiting for somebody to say sorry it's a actaully a bad joke just to see how many people actually read these ads. Putting money in it to make it look good is the least of any potential buyers problems. I don't think it looks bad for a 1980 anyway. This vehicle as a parts car? Bad engine, bad transmission, bad seats, portions of the exterior rotted, the hood can't support itself in the open position. If the windows work, maybe a regulator here or a few switches there. If you live a few miles away it's a deal as a parts car for $150. The current price of a salvage car (that is a salvage car) at a salvage auction today based on the price of scrap steel is $125.
