If the car were in the mid 20s, I would be a very serious buyer myself. I know the mechanic & shop very well and I guess I just have a lot of personal confidence in this car.

Considering I am a client of "his" shop I am extremely interested in knowing why I was called out in this manner.

Maybe he feels that I was too generous in my comments that were meant to validate the level of work done to a rare & unique car.

On a 2nd note, this car is a real sick car. Its one of my favorite's, I'm just lucky enough to look at it everyday at my shop . The only car i've ever seen with a Speedo that goes to 200 MPH. I think theres 2 others that exist? I think thats what the owner said. But this is a very clean car, and very mean sounding car.

actually our volume is pretty good right now, one of his cars is actually here getting repaired. He was also very happy with the work on the CE we did.

Don't buy into the "2 others that exist" that is pure propaganda and speculation. These were built ala cart and not all were built by westmont or BHMA, there were many dealers who purchased these parts and built these cars for customers.
