300CD Roadster for sale!

I'll get pics up later this morning, but I am getting mobilized and have to thin the herd.

The weather is warming up, anyone looking for a really fun car to drive?! I love cruising town in it as it gets a few looks, but it generally just puts a smile on my face.

The roof was cut off by the previous owner, who then primered the car and fiberglassed in the rear deck and windshield frame so there's no jagged metal.

The cassette deck works, but I use my iPod (with XM adapter) when cruising. It's got 6x9's in the rear deck so the sound is nice. The car is now flat black with blacked out headlight doors and grill plastic.

I'm asking $1000 for the car.

The front seats are still in very good shape, but the sun on the top of the back seat has caused it to split. The rear windows don't work, but the fronts do...but I leave them down as there's no need for them. There is only one tiny crack in the dash, and very little rust on the frame. Bracing was added to the frame so that it doesn't flex over bumps.

Please let me know if anyone is interested as I have been deployed and don't know when I will be back. I'm selling off everything I'm not thinking of keeping forever. I don't want to have to pay for storage for a year or more when someone can be driving it and having fun.

Both front rotors need to be replaced as well as the right front caliper. I've got all the parts in the car right now. I've added new fuel crossover lines and new glow plugs. All that's needed for it to be driven anywhere is for the brakes to be done!
