I saw and drove this car this morning. The seller is a knowledgeable DIYer and the car is as clean as any you are likely to find and he described it pretty accurately. I'd have bought it myself but the WVO conversion is a turnoff for me but I thought I would pass it along to other board members for whom WVO isn't a liability.

It was looking pretty good up until the WVO installation.

Somebody ought to let him know he just reduced the resale value by about 50%.

I agree the conversion probably hurts the value, but it is a good car, runs well presently and even if you simply filled the WVO tank with diesel and drove it you would then have a nice CD with extended range!

I was born and raised in Nashua, so it's tempting to come 'home' to take a look at it.

I like the idea of extended mileage - don't believe I'd ever run WVO...
