Re-listing to include photos. I bough this '87 190D turbo on Ebay as a project for my son and I. Unfortunately, we started a new business, ran out of time, and now he's back to college. I'd like to get this out of the garage. Car is in reasonably good shape, starts, runs and drives, but the automatic trans skips 2nd gear. Haven't done a thing to it since we bought it last year (and drove it 800 miles home with no problems). No rust except some surface rust where left front fender was dented and sprayed over. Windshield has horizontal crack across it and will need to be replaced. I'd paint it if I were going to keep it, but the paint is at least fair. Upholstery has pulled back a bit from top of door panels. That's the bad. Good is that it's a great looking car and I have a complete 5 speed changeover (flywheel, clutch, trans, pedals, linkage, shifter, driveshaft, axles and differential from a 190e) that goes with it. Interior is in very good condition apart from the door panels. No rips, tears, or burns in the seats and no cracks in the dash. Unbroken first aid cover - kit's in there. Also included are a bunch of parts removed from the 190D turbo parts car that came with it - lights, etc., plus alternator, manifolds, turbo, right front fender (has air intake slots.) I paid about $2100 for the car, $650 for the 5 speed changeover but make me an offer to take all of it. We're into the E300's now and don't have time for this one (or the black '82 black 300D we also had in the garage...). Thanks, all.
