For Sale: 1985 300SD, 280K miles. Located Chattanooga, TN. $1200

Son drove it into a fence. Good engine and drivetrain, excellent interior.

Within six months of the accident last December, I had replaced the entire exhaust system, air conditioning compressor and drier. Not sure what else. During 3 years of my ownership I had replaced front end suspension, rear springs and performed constant maintenance as required.

Added pics of interior and rest of car. EVERYTHING in the interior worked including the clock. I have taken the rearview mirror to replace the broken one in my 560SEL. Have taken the working climate control module and replaced the inoperable one in my other 84 300SD. Otherwise, everything else in the interior is original and working, including the radio. Original first aid kit still in the rear compartment.

So, do I sell whole car or try to part it out?

Is the maroon interior in demand? or are their too few cars with that color in them?

Any advice?

It looks repairable to me. it is undoubtably totalled though.
