WTB: '80-'85 300D or 300TD East Coast
Hey guys and gals, I'm looking to buy a '80 to '85 300D (non-turbo or turbo) or 300TD. Being in Connecticut makes finding nice examples of these cars difficult. My major concern is rust, finding a relatively rust-free car is number one (minor rusting on removable panels is okay, like fenders and doors, or surface rust).
The specifics of the car, options, are not as important. I'd be willing to go down as far as Georgia. I'm looking for a real fix it up car, so trying to keep the initial cost sub $1500 (ideally sub $ 1000). Show me what you got |

Ship this car up there... That is if it is still available. It will still be under 1,500 after shipping and if you shop around for parts needed.
Save this car - 1984 300D no Engine and 142K on body $350 .

Search for my thread "just brought home #10". It'll be less than $1500. I did see a small amount of rust on the rear 1/4, but nothing bigger than a half dollar. I can post a close up.

Sure that'd be great and PM with how much your looking for it. I see you mention that the front end needs some work (are you doing that work) it be cheaper for me at least if you left it alone.
