My boss had a 1994 S-350D, the mechanic recently told him that the engine is gone. He is not going to have it fixed and we are trying to decide if he is going to scrap it or try to sell it out right. The body is in pretty nice shape and it just does not seem right to take it to the scrap yard. I did check the prices at the scrap yard and they will give him about $450.00 for it. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

The car is located in Traverse City, MI. Yes it still runs, it smokes alot and is leaking quite a bit of oil. Overall very nice car.
