**UPDATE: 07-18-10**. 2 Mercedes diesels under $700 - Warwick, RI
Hello there!
My friend Roger, from Warwick (RI) wants to sell some cars from his yard. Here are some pictures, prices and what each car needs: $650. 1983 Mercedes 300TD Turbo wagon (see pictures). It cranks, and should run with new filters. The pictures show it very dirty, I cleaned it to acceptable standards after the photo shoot. -Bunch of rust in the fenders. -Needs a battery. -Needs fuel filter and pre-filter. -Needs a new exhaust. -Needs the brakes cleaned. -Needs tires. -Needs a driver's seat cover. -Needs a hood pad. $500. 1984 Mercedes 300SD sedan (see pictures). It starts and runs, but it can't drive because of a vacuum problem. I purchased a vacuum pump for it, which is included in the price. -Rust just at the jack points. Very clean! -Needs the wiper motors to be fixed. -Needs some paint in the trunk door. -Needs a complete brake job and tires. -No idea about the AC or windows. $700. 1987 Mercedes 190 non-turbo (see pictures). Runs. -No rust or very little rust. -Unsure about AC or windows. -Needs a new battery. -Needs a new fan clutch. -Needs a windshield. -Needs brakes. **Please read**. Roger is open to negotiate the prices, but he is not willing to part the cars out. You would have to buy each car whole. Roger also owns a bunch of WV diesel rabbits and a Ford Econoline diesel with a rebuilt transmission, in case you are interested. To get his contact info, please PM me.

The 190D has been sold.
The SD is still for sale. The wagon is still for sale.

Hello again,
Roger has decided to finally put his 300SD for sale again. Recently, the car has had an oil and ATF change, a recent vacuum pump, a new alternator and a new battery. It runs and drives, but only in 1st and reverse (I suspect it is some kind of hose/vacuum element linked to the transmission). Photos: click here. Location: Warwick, RI.
