I've been looking for an E320 98-02 4matic wagon for about a month and a half now. I've looked at two in person. Unfortunately there are just not a ton out there. One of the two sold quickly and the other had structural rust so I passed.

Would like to keep the miles UNDER 150k, hopefully closer to 100k but I will consider all assuming they are priced accordingly.

Obviously the closer to Minnesota the better as this is my busy time of the year so getting the car here would be an issue, but for the right one I would be able to arrange something to get it here.
