However, i might be interested in a 300TD depending on condition and price. EDIT: W116's are an option as well.

My good friend Daniel Wallach is looking to sell his 300SD. He bought it here from Mr. Kenny.
1980 300sd 113,000 miles & rust free. I know he put a lot of work into it, but I think he'd let it go for around $4000. I don't think its hit 120k yet.
