I am the second owner and have owned the car for about 2 years. The car has less than 200k, probably around 165k (the odometer broke at 140k and I replaced it with working odometer).

The color is colorado beige

Lots of fixes and new parts since I took ownership, including:

* Bilstein komfort shocks, front and rear
* front brakes (rotors and pads)
* passenger side lower ball joint
* new windshield
* new motor mounts
* new transmission mounts
* new differential mount
* new water pump
* fixed vacuum door locks
* new injectors and fuel line
* new fas glow plugs
* valve adjustment
* fixed idle control
* upgraded wiper control relay to have intermittent wiper settings (programmable to between 3-30 seconds)
* updated radio with an aux-in connection and new speakers (still have original working becker radio)
* fixed leaking oil pressure gauge
* bundt rims with new tires.
* fixed odometer
* lots of wax, paint still looks really good overall
* In the last 500 milles new air and fuel filters and a diesel purge
* oil changed every 3000 miles

* wired for under seat stereo amp and trunk subwoofer amp. I'll include the amps and subwoofer components with a full price offer.


Other Details:

* The engine is very clean and and doesn't leak.
* Automatic transmission.
* Tabbed through December 2011.
* no water leaks and no rust-cancer.
* no cracks in dash
* A/C does not work
* windows and sunroof are manual and work
* has a functioning block heater
* The hood has a few paint chips and the fender rims have some dings.

Selling because I recently bought a 300D. Located in Seattle. Asking 3200/obo.

Note about the pics - i took the hood star off due to neighborhood hooligans. I have it ready to put back on though.

Thanks for all the positive feedback. This was my first mb diesel and I spent a lot of time learning on it. I love my newer 300D turbo, but I'll miss the charm, simplicity and ruggedness of this car. Fortunately it will be local so I can make sure the buyer keeps up the proper maintenance.

Yes the seats were replaced with seats from an 85 300d.
