Available are:

1981+ 300D. Engine replaced with a good used one.

Approx. 120K miles
Grey with blue interior. Call the seller for details and title
info. This may have been a salvage title but it is not due to
massive destruction..etc. Car is in very good condition overall.

Re: this 300D it is a 1981 or later W123 and not 1979 as originally posted.
I saw this car personally today. 24-Jan-02.
What impressed me was the fantastic shape that the body is in.
It is a light gray color and blue interior.
The body is straight, no parking dings,etc. bumpers very good.
The rear right side wheel well rim does have a minor dent.
The rubber moldings are extremely good! That struck me.
They look almost new. No cracking etc.
No rust at all, not even under the fender moldings. No rust in trunk.
The blue interior suffers from the cracked dash board and a
piece missing under the right vent. Driver's seat has a hole at the left side, as if the driver kept a sharp object in his hip pocket.
The windshield has a star crack , 1,5" diameter ,right at the driver's side.
Engine looks clean and everything else is o.k.
I did not drive or start it up.
He buys some cars at auction, therefore the junk title.
He also deals with donated cars.
Anyway, I think he's asking too much for the title and
interior flaws, but I am really impressed by the overall body.
Very nice.
Does have sunroof and passenger side mirror.
Good for a local buyer who can use a good car, but
make an offer and horsetrade.


He is asking $1500 (make offer IMHO)
